Re-assignment of Criminal cases in the Kuantan Sessions Court

Members are to take note that commencing 1 May 2009, the Sessions Court in Kuantan has re-assigned the cases as follows:- 1. Cases registered under Codes 63 & 64 will only be heard in the Sessions Court 5 & 6 2. Cases registered under Codes 61 & 62 in the year 2009 will be re-assigned according to consecutive registration numbers.
